The After Schools Club, founded and managed by Claire McConnell, operates from two purpose built units, providing flexible childcare for 4-11 year olds in Ballyclare and surrounding rural areas. You can feel confident that your children will enjoy a wide range of fun activities in a safe and secure environment, supported by our highly experienced staff. The After Schools Club provides childcare support to meet your family’s needs.

Wrap Around Care

Some parents avail of Breakfast and After Schools Club and some families only require our service in school holidays. We will do everything we can to meet the needs of your family by discussing which service best suits your child.

Holiday Care

We offer families a range of packages in school holidays which include full and half day care. You can avail of holiday care even if you do not attend in term time.

our club

At After Schools Club, our main objective is to create a fun, yet stimulating environment where your children can continue to develop their social, physical, intellectual and emotional skills.

breakfast club

7am - 9am
We open early every morning to allow children to come and enjoy their breakfast with us and their friends. The children are then free to play or curl up in front of the log fire until it is time to go to school.

holiday care

7am - 6pm
When the schools are closed, we open all day to provide children with a safe, fun and adventurous environment. Children who are with us all day receive breakfast, snacks and nutritious lunches.

after school club

2pm - 6pm
Once the school day has finished, children are collected and brought to the club. We provide transportation in the form of our mini bus and people carrier. Children may also walk to the club on occasion with staff members.
